Before you get started
Once activated, you'll find the LMS in the side menu, under "Talent".
When you open it, the home screen gives you a general overview of the training status across your company, with 4 key indicators. Here, you'll find 2 main sections:

My courses: the courses in which you're already enrolled, and your progress in each of them.
- Course catalog: the courses available for you, that is, the ones you can enroll in, depending on your profile.
In the "Courses" tab, you'll find the complete catalogue of courses created in your company. For your convenience, you can switch between two views: card and table. Both display the same information, just laid out differently. You also have a search bar and several filters to find exactly what you're looking for.
In the "Materials" tab, you'll have access to all the chapters, videos, and quizzes created in your company. Come here when you want to:
- Create a new chapter or quiz.
- Upload a new video.
- Browse for inspiration to build a new course.
- Edit an existing material to tailor it to your team.
- Duplicate or delete materials that are no longer in use.
- Check how many courses each material is used in.
Finally, in the "Enrollments" tab, you'll find a complete snapshot of all enrollments across your courses. Use this to check an employee's progress, their final course score, or a detailed log of their activity.
💡 What you see in the LMS depends on your role and the company you are currently active in. An owner, administrator, a manager, and an employee do not see the same thing: a manager, for example, sees content filtered to the people they manage. If you can't see the "My courses" section or the enrollment button, it's most likely because, in that company, you are an administrator but do not have an active employee profile.
