How do I archive, duplicate, or delete a course?

Go to the "Courses" tab, find the course you want to manage, and open it. In the top right, you'll find a set of useful actions for managing that course's lifecycle:

  • Edit. Modify the content; add, remove, or reorder lessons; adjust the course configuration, etc. The system will create a new version of the course so that already-enrolled employees are not interrupted in their training.
  • Version history. This is where all versions of the course you're working on are stored.
  • Archive. Archiving a course hides it from the catalogue and from employees' view, but retains all enrollments and progress history. You can reactivate the course at any time.
  • Preview. Take a look at the course you're building before clicking "Publish".

If you want to duplicate or delete a course, you can do so from the main section view.

When you click "Duplicate", the system will create an exact copy of the course (including configuration and material structure) and save it as a "Draft".

When you click "Delete", the system will permanently delete the course and all its data. Before confirming, you'll be able to see how many employees are enrolled in that course.
