How can I change my Sesame Intelligence tier?
Every account starts with Sesame Intelligence Start, which is activated automatically and free of charge, for both new and existing accounts. If your company needs more features, you can change tiers yourself, whenever you like, from Plans and Pricing.
- Go to Plans and Pricing.
- Check the price and what each tier includes.
- Select the tier you want and confirm the change.
- If you upgrade, the change is immediate and shows up in your account in under a minute. The new tier replaces the previous one, and the amount is prorated.

If you downgrade or cancel, the change takes effect at the end of the billing period. Until then, you keep the features of your current tier.
If you downgrade, you'll lose the features exclusive to the higher tier.
