How do quizzes work, and how is my score calculated?
Quizzes are a key part of your training. Here's how they work, how your score is calculated, and what happens if you don't pass one.
How to answer a quiz
- Access the quiz from the course index or progress through the course in order until you reach it.
- Read each question carefully, and once you've answered all of them, click "Submit answers".
- You'll see your result instantly: your score, and in some cases, the correct answers.
How your score is calculated
Your quiz score is based on the number of questions you answered correctly. The final course score can be calculated in one of three ways, depending on how the administrator has configured it:
- No final assessment
- Final assessment
- Quiz average
If you don't pass an assessment, you may be able to try again. If the retry button is available, click it to retake the quiz.
Keep in mind that each new attempt is scored on its own; your previous answers are not taken into account.
