How do I manage my course enrolments?

The Enrolments tab is the control centre for checking who is enrolled in each course, the status of their training, and their progress.

At the top, you'll find five key indicators:

  • Total enrolments: the total number of enrolments recorded.
  • Pending: enrolled employees who have not yet started the course.
  • In progress: employees who have already completed at least one course material.
  • Completed: employees who have finished the course 100%.
  • Average progress: average completion percentage across all active enrolments.

From this tab you can also:

  • Manage enrolments for the courses you have created.
  • Filter enrolments by status, workplace, department, group, or date.
  • Sort the list by employee name, course name, status, progress, or date.
  • Export enrolments (with the selected filters applied) in CSV format for analysis.

If a course has a dynamic audience configured (by department, workplace, group, or job position), you will also see employees in this list identified as "Not active in audience". These are people who previously met the course's assignment rules but no longer belong to the corresponding entity. Their enrolment is not deleted: you will still be able to see their progress, grade, and certificate (if they obtained one), to preserve the training history.

Additionally, by clicking on any row in the table, you can view the progress for each course material and the grade the employee obtained in each questionnaire.
