How is a material or course marked as completed?

In both sequential and non-sequential courses, the course is automatically marked as completed once all its materials have been completed.

Below is how each type of material is completed:

  • Text chapters: the Next button is enabled when the employee reaches the end of the content.
  • Directly uploaded videos: the Next button is enabled when the employee has watched at least 90% of the video.
  • Questionnaires: the material is marked as completed when the employee passes it. If they do not pass, they will need to retake it until they achieve a passing grade before being able to complete the course.

— If the course does not have a certificate configured, the last material will show the "Finish course" button.
— If the course does have a certificate configured, that button will be replaced by "View certificate".
