How can I assign a card to a user?
If you want to assign a card to a user, you have two options to do so, both very simple:
- Find the user and click on the three dots >> Assign card. Then choose between creating a virtual or physical card.
- Alternatively, assign a card directly from the “Virtual card” or “Physical card” column.
To do this, you need to add:
- Cardholder.
- First name.
- Surname.
- Email address.
- Contact phone number.
- Spending limit: monthly, weekly, daily or total.
- Postal address: for physical cards
Once you have checked that all the details are correct, click on “Create”. The employee will receive a notification via dashboard, app and email and must verify their identity.
Remember that once you have assigned a card, you can always edit the limit. Just find the employee in question from the main Users view, click on the three dots >> Edit limits.
