How can I use the HR Inbox?

Through the HR Inbox, you can start a conversation with an HR department employee to solve incidents and get assistance quickly and conveniently. Let's get started!

Look for the icon of two text bubbles in the left menu to open the HR Inbox. Next, click on "Send us a message" and write your message.

 

When you're ready, click on the blue icon to the right of the text box. Each HR department employee will have access to the chat and will be able to answer. When they do, you'll see a red dot flashing on the icon of the two text bubbles. 

Whenever you want to start a conversation or continue an existing one, follow these steps.
