If this is your first time using Indeed through Sesame, you'll need to complete a form so the job platform can correctly activate your vacancy's visibility.

Why is this step necessary? Because, as this is the first posting, the indexing request must come directly from the company concerned.

How do I complete the form? Access the Indeed contact form via this link:

In the "How can we help you?" dropdown, select "Job offers". In the "Description" field, use the following text (remember to replace COMPANY NAME with your organization's name): "Hello, we are COMPANY NAME. We are attaching an XML file to add to Indeed."

⚠️ Important. For the indexing to be successful, do not make any changes to active vacancies in Sesame's recruitment module until Indeed confirms that the process is complete.

Indexing generates a static snapshot of the data as it stands at the time of submission. If vacancies are modified after enabling the "Sesame ✅ + Indeed ✅" toggle, errors or inconsistencies in the posting may occur.

How long does it take? The indexing process typically completes within a few days of the form being submitted.

Indeed has very strict quality standards. Each vacancy is reviewed carefully to ensure it meets their criteria. As a result, your job offer may not appear published immediately, thank you for your patience!

• To post a vacancy on Indeed, it must also have been posted on your Sesame careers portal.
• Make sure the following fields are completed before posting a vacancy: job title/position name, address, postcode, city, province, country, required education level, and minimum required experience.
• Vacancies are automatically deactivated on Indeed two months after the posting date, but you can repost them whenever you need to.
