How can I check the status of a sent request?

Go to Custom requests. There, you’ll see a table with the history of requests you’ve submitted. The first column shows the status of each one, which can be: Accepted, Rejected, or Pending.

From this section, you can also see who is responsible for managing each type of request, leave comments, view the details of your submitted requests, or even delete those that are still pending resolution.

Once your request is approved or rejected, you’ll receive a notification.
