What are company policies in Sesame Intelligence?
Company policies are the documents that set out your company's rules and procedures: remote work, holidays, expenses, etc. When you upload them to Sesame, Sesame Intelligence uses them to answer your team's questions and tells them which policy applies in each case.
This way, your team can answer many of the questions that used to land with HR on their own.
💡 Tip: the more complete and up-to-date your policies are, the better the answers will be.
What you can do with policies depends on your account's Sesame Intelligence tier, not on each person's individual access.
