How to send an announcement?

It's very easy and won't take long. First, you need to install the Announcements functionality from the Apps section. 

To create an announcement, follow this route: Communication >> Announcements >> Create

Note that only general roles or communicators can send announcements.

  1. Write the announcement in the text box available. Add all the information you need.
  2. Add push notifications and choose to whom you want to send the announcement. You can also choose to manually publish it or schedule it. If you decide to schedule it, enter a time and date. You can also choose to send it periodically.
  3. You may also add a cover or attachments. Remember that this file must not exceed the maximum upload size (25 Mb).

Before publishing it, you can preview how your employees will see the announcement in the app or on the dashboard.
