What are the overtime balance rules?
Compensation rules are used to add value to hours, by (multiplying the value of working hours, generating a bonus that can subsequently be compensated).
Schedules >> Overtime balance >> Rules >> Create / +Add
When creating rules, you should indicate:
- Name
- Start and end date
- Compensation coefficient
- If it applies on weekdays or on public holidays. (In both options, you should specify which days.)
- Choose when you want the rule to apply. You have several options:
- Always
- On the theoretical time
- On the surplus
- Out of schedule
