How can I publish my job openings on InfoJobs with Sesame?

Thanks to the Sesame–InfoJobs integration, you can publish your job offers on one of the largest employment portals in Spain and Italy. Make your dream of growing without borders come true!

Before you start

To use this integration, you'll need:

  • The Recruitment module installed.
  • An active InfoJobs account.

Step 1 - Get your access Token

Contact the InfoJobs Account Manager assigned to your company and tell them you want to "set up a Web Service integration with Sesame HR". They will configure your account for the integration and provide the required Token.

Step 2 - Activate the integration

Once you have the Token, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Marketplace >> Integrations.
  2. Find the InfoJobs card and click Install.
  3. In the pop-up, enter your Token and your InfoJobs email address.
  4. That's it, the integration is active!

Step 3 - Publish a vacancy on InfoJobs

You can publish your vacancies to InfoJobs in two ways:

  1. During vacancy creation: in the Configuration step, check the InfoJobs box (remember to enable My employment portal first).
  2. From an existing vacancy: open the vacancy record, click Publish, and enable InfoJobs.

About publishing vacancies

  • The number of offers you can publish on InfoJobs depends on the package (offers/year) you have contracted with them.
  • If you need to adjust vacancy data (except for fields InfoJobs does not allow editing, such as job title, country, province, and industry/sector), publish or unpublish, you can do it in Sesame and changes will sync to InfoJobs immediately.
  • Keep in mind that on InfoJobs, vacancies expire according to the plan you have with them.

Important notes about this integration

  • Web Service (one-way). This integration focuses only on publishing vacancies. Candidate management, as well as the number and validity of vacancies, is handled exclusively in InfoJobs.
  • InfoJobs password. If you change your InfoJobs password, integration permissions may be reset for security. In that case, contact your InfoJobs Account Manager for next steps.
  • Emojis. Job descriptions on InfoJobs do not display emojis. Avoid using them so that unreadable characters don’t appear in your vacancies.
  • Cost. There is no additional cost for the integration if you already have an active InfoJobs account.
