How to choose the perfect cover for an announcement?

You have written the announcement, crafted an engaging headline, and selected the perfect cover image. However, upon sending it, you find out that the image doesn't look quite right... First and foremost, keep calm!

When this happens, check the list of recommendations below:

  • Size: the recommended size for cover images is 1500x500 pixels.
  • Framing area: ensure that the most important part of the image is within the central area (750x500 pixels), as the system will crop it to fit the screen.
  • Format: use standard formats such as JPG or PNG.
  • File size: keep the image size below 500 KB to maintain loading speed.
  • Review: before sending the announcement, use the preview option to ensure everything looks good across different platforms (web and app).
