What is the ZKTeco integration and how can I enable it?
With this integration, you can connect your physical ZKTeco clock in/out devices (facial recognition, fingerprint, RFID card, etc.) so clock ins/outs are automatically sent to your Sesame dashboard.
Unlike some of our other integrations, in Europe this activation process is assisted and requires an authorized installer. If you don’t have one, PSD Security’s specialized technical team will handle the setup for you, ensuring your devices communicate seamlessly with Sesame.
💡Prerequisite: to enable this integration, you must have subscribed to the Sesame API add-on.
Activation steps
- Request the integration: contact your authorized installer or, if you don’t have one, PSD Security (our official integrator) to get the process started.
- Provide the API token so the devices know where to send the clock ins/outs.
- Go to Configuration >> Integrations >> API - tokens.
- Copy the token and send it to your PSD Security contact.

Configuration: done! The specialists will configure your devices’ parameters so data starts flowing into Sesame.
Any incidents related to the hardware (the device won’t turn on, won’t read fingerprints, won’t connect to the internet, etc.) or clock ins/outs that don’t appear in the platform must be handled directly with the installer.
Compatible devices
For the integration to work, make sure your device is compatible with the connection platform. Supported models include:
- ZPad series: ZPad Plus, ZPad Plus 4G.
- ProFace X series: ProFace X, ProFace X [P], ProFace X [TD], ProFace X [TI].
- SpeedFace series: SpeedFace V4L, SpeedFace V5L (P, TD, RF, TI versions), SpeedFace M4, SpeedFace V3L.
- iClock series: iClock 560, 680, S560, S880, 360.
- uFace series: uFace 401, uFace 402.
- Other models: UA860, UA760, F22, SilkBio-101TC.
