What should you keep in mind for offline clock in/out in Wall 3.0?
If your tablet device loses its Internet connection, the system will keep a record of all employee clock ins/outs but this information won’t be displayed. All data will be stored and will be visible once the connection is restored. That’s why you should keep in mind the following:
- Only clock in and clock out will work. If an employee takes a break, the system will count it as a clock out.
- Clock in/out types, automations, linking NFC cards, and Face ID clock in/out will not work in offline mode.

It is important to upload the employee's avatar photo beforehand. If it is uploaded online for long enough and uploaded correctly, the photo will be clearly visible even if you are offline.
