I need to verify my identity to access Card and Expense Management, how do I do this?
If you have been granted access to Card and Expense Management, you will need to verify your identity. To do this, you'll receive a notification on both your dashboard and your phone.
To start access Expense Control >> Summary and click on “Verify identity”. Next, access the link you'll receive in your phone:
- The system will ask you to verify your identity. To do so, please have your identity document ready.
- Start the verification and accept the consent, the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions.
- Select your document and the issuing country.
- Hold up the front of your ID and start the recording. This process may take a few seconds, so keep the document within the camera frame to avoid mistakes. Note that the system will ask you for several shots, but you'll get it in no time!
- Record a short video of yourself, first from the front and then in profile.
- Add your country and city of birth.
