There are no fiscal issues that affect you as an administrator. All you have to know is that employees' salary in advance is a percentage of their net salary, so this amount is already subject to Social Security and Personal Income Tax deductions.
Additionally, it is important to consider that an employee cannot request an amount higher than 80% of their salary.
