Can a card be blocked if it is lost or stolen?

Yes, you can freeze a physical card to prevent unauthorised use. If you freeze it, you will still be able to reactivate it if you find it. However, if you decide to cancel it, it will be permanently canceled and you will be given a new card number. Virtual cards can only be frozen, but cannot be canceled.
