Can I keep candidates up to date about the progress of the selection process?

Yes, you can keep employees up to date regarding the progress of the recruitment process. 

To do this, you have to create email templates. In this way, you can automate the communications you send to candidates about the status of their application in the selection process. 

Do you want to schedule a second interview? Have they been rejected? You don’t need to write these emails over and over again! You can simply save them in your own HR platform. You can do this by following this path: Recruitment >> Configuration >> Email templates

How to use email templates? Go to Recruitment >> Vacancies and click on the vacancy where the candidate you want to contact is located. First, click on the three dots of the status in which the candidate is located. Then, click on "Automatic email". You will see a list of all the templates that you previously created (you can also create a new one on the spot); simply select the one you need.
