Clock in/out error: Endless clock in/out
The user has left the clock in open and at 23.59h Sesame has automatically clock out.
Cause
It is caused if the employee forgets to clock out.
Solution
If employees frequently forget to clock out, it would be a recommended to set up the automation to clock out when the limit is exceeded or to choose the automation to clock out after a certain time. To edit the midnight clock out it would be necessary to make an edit request.
