Configuration error: import employees
Importing employees using a template
You will be able to create employees through a mass data import, but here are some possible reasons why this data is not uploaded.
Causes
- Incompatible format: the format of the document is not the same as the template provided.
- Maximum number of employees: the user limit has been reached and you cannot continue creating users. You will need to increase the number of users in your subscription from Plan to continue creating users.
- Wrong data: some information of the template is not correct and it is necessary to correct them to continue with the upload.
- Excessive data: if the number of users exceeds 500, Sesame will not be able to handle these and the data will have to be uploaded in several imports.
