E-mail errors

I have not received the invitation email


1. The email has been blocked from the email sending platform due to suspicious activity. 
2. The email was created after the invitation email was sent.
3.The email does not exist or is misspelled.
4. The company who should receive the email marks Sesame's domain as spam or has a security filter that is too high. 


Your IT department may need to accept the @sesametime.com domain in order to receive our emails in your inbox regularly.
