How can employees clock in/out?

Sesame is a multi-device software. So, employees can clock in/out from different devices. As an administrator, you can decide which devices can be enabled or not.  

 

Clock in/out via web

  • Clock in/out with Sesame through your computer screen.
  • There is no need to install additional applications.

  • Only need an Internet connection. 
  • Receive notifications and access all functionalities from your time tracking software directly through your computer


Clock in/out from via app

  • Clock in/out with Sesame through your mobile device.

  • Start and end of the working day geolocated.
  • Time tracking from anywhere.

  • All functionalities are at your fingertips.

  • Offline clock in/out: Sesame allows you to clock in/out without an internet connection. The data will be stored and added as soon as the connection is restored.

 

Clock in/out via tablet

  • Employee code: individualised access
  • Face ID: enable facial recognition clock in/out for your team.
  • NFC: provide NFC devices to each employee for clocking in/out.
  • QR: enable clock in/out via QR code scanning.

 

Suprema biometric clock in/out

  • Fingerprint: fingerprint clock in/out on Suprema reader.
  • Card: clock in/out using the employee-linked card on Suprema reader.
