When this happens, review the list of recommendations we provide below
- Size: the recommended size for cover images is 1500x750 pixels.
- Framing area: ensure that the most important part of the image is within the central area (1000x750 pixels), as the system will crop it to fit the screen.
- Format: use standard formats such as JPG or PNG.
- File size: keep the image size below 500 KB to maintain loading speed.
