How to view all complaints?

Plans: Time, Advanced, HR Starter, HR Professional and HR Enterprise.

As System Manager you'll find all complaints in Whistleblowing channel >> Channel

From here you may:
  • See complaint
  • Download attachments
  • View a timeline
  • Communicate with the whistleblower
  • Change complaint status: new - in process - processed - declined

To save all changes you just need to click on "Process".
