Problems solving
What is overlapping schedules?
When we refer to overlapping schedules, we mean that the employee may have two schedules that can be at the same time, so Sesame cannot know which is the correct one.
For a better explanation, let's use this example: the employee has a schedule that ranges from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 2 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm but from today this employee has a shift assignment from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3 pm. In this case, the user has two overlapping schedules at the same time so one of them will overlap and only one of them will appear in the timetable.
