What is the Training functionality?

Training is a Sesame tool that allows you to create a space to coordinate and organise all the training activities in your company to develop the talent of your employees.

In the Training overview, you will find all the training courses currently taking place and you will be able to assign them to the employees of your choice.

When accessing each course, you can view the characteristics of the training and assign a status to each of your employees. Choose whether the course is pending, in progress, or completed.

You can also edit, delete, and filter all courses anytime. Training management is flexible, tailored to your needs, and always up to date.

You can create customisable tables with all the information you need to store and you can also download all this data to create reports.

Once you receive your employees' certificates, you can upload them to Sesame and share them with your employees using the Document Manager.
