What's the difference between holidays and absences?
Holidays and absences are different. In Sesame, holidays are the mandatory and paid rest periods that correspond to the employee for the time he/she has worked or for the duration of his/her contract. Absences, on the other hand, refers to situations that require an employee to be absent from work for various reasons, such as illness, marriage leave, or moving, among others.
