Which notifications can I automate?
You can automate more than 10 types of notifications by going to:
Configuration >> Automations >> Notifications
These are some of the ones you can set up:
- Employee notifications email.
- Minutes of notification before the start of the working day.
- Minutes of notification before the end of the working day.
- Minutes of notification to the employee's mobile phone when forgetting to compute tasks.
- Courtesy minutes.
- Minutes of notification if employees do not clock in.
- The system will send an email every time there is a new clock in/out.
- Block sending emails to the employee every time there are changes in holidays and time off.
- Block the sending of e-mails to the administrator every time there are changes in holidays an time off.
- Send end-of-contract notice with days to go.
- Send notice of the end of the trial period when there are days remaining.
- Notifying employees of shift changes.
- Block the sending of emails to (Administrator / Employee) whenever there are requests to create or edit clock ins/outs.
- Send notification to (select role) each time an employee uploads a document to the document manager.
