Which Overtime Balance settings configured by administrators affect employees?
In the Overtime Balance setup process, administrators have several configuration options that will directly impact the employee’s usage possibilities. Here’s everything the administrator can configure:
Display
- Allow employees to review their overtime balance history
Surplus Hours Compensation
- Employees may freely request the hours accumulated in their overtime balance.
- Limit the calendars in which the employee can request the absence.
- Activate limitation of paid hours per year
- Set expiration time for surplus hours compensation
Start counting
- Start counting overtime after the set time margin.
- Give viewing access to employees so that they can see when their count starts in their statistics.
Multiplying rules
- Add a multiplying rule so the time allocated in special hours generates a bonus
