Who can see the results of an evaluation?
With Sesame Evaluations, you decide who can see the results!
By default, the system states that only supervisors can see the results. However, your employees can also see the results of their evaluations if you want them to.
In the last step of the process of creating an evaluation, " Configuration ", activate the switch next to "Show results to employee". By activating this configuration, the employee will see who their
evaluators are, the questions, and the answers each of them have given.. Please note that your employees will only be able to see the results of their evaluations.
As an administrator, you will be able to hide the results at any stage of the evaluation, simply by deactivating the option in settings.
