Will the administrator have two different views or just one for each employee to manage time off and holidays?

No! The administrator will have a single view by employee to manage their time off and holidays. From Time off, the administrator can manage both holidays and time off. When a request is received, the administrator can go to Assign Time Off to choose the type of time off and the dates on which it will be assigned.
