Can I set an expiry date for time off?

 

Of course you can! When creating the time-off type, set a maximum date that will act as the expiry date. From that point on, neither administrators will be able to assign time off, nor will employees be able to request it. 

 

This way, you can optimize holiday management by setting a deadline to use the holiday days corresponding to a given year.

 

This new feature allows you to easily control the period during which holidays can be requested. Additionally, employees will have a clear view of when they can request holidays, helping them avoid losing days due to expiration. Dates will be blocked in the calendar to prevent requests from being submitted after the configured deadline.
