What is the incidents view in the calendar?

 

The incidents view in the calendar is a section where administrators can see all the errors that occur in employees’ calendars.

Sesame now recalculates holiday time automatically based on the employee’s contract duration, their calendar configuration, and any manual edits. This means there is no need to force any manual recalculation of holiday time.

Through this administrator-only view, you can visualize all calendar errors across employees. This allows each administrator to adjust holiday counters either individually or in bulk.

 

What actions can be performed?

  • Check the employee’s assigned holiday calendar.
  • Check the employee’s holiday counter:
    • View remaining vs. available holiday time.
    • View the employee’s base holiday time calculated according to their contract.
  • Review manual edits made to the employee’s counter and adjust them individually or completely.
  • Review the employee’s calendar error:
    • No automatic calendar recalculation:
      Employees do not have their holidays recalculated according to contract dates and settings. We recommend recalculating the calendar so holidays align with their actual working time.
    • Data migration error:
      The migration adjustment that reflects manual edits made before automatic recalculation is incorrect because the employee’s situation has changed.
  • Recalculate holiday time based on the contract and configuration.
  • View the employee’s holiday activity to understand the full history of actions performed in their calendar.
  • Validate the employee to confirm that all their data is correct. Once validated, the employee will disappear from the view.
