How can I record an expense made with a corporate card?
When you make a payment with a corporate card* linked to Sesame, the system will detect the transaction so you can register the expense in just a few seconds.
Here’s how it works:
- After the payment, you’ll receive a notification on your phone to instantly register the expense.
- When you tap the notification, your device’s camera will open so you can capture an image of the receipt or invoice.
- You’ll then have two options:
- Take a photo of the receipt or invoice and tap Accept to register it immediately.
- Tap Later if you prefer to complete the registration at another time.
The expense will be saved automatically in your Expenses list. If additional details are needed, you can finish filling them in manually by clicking on the expense.
