What should I do if I have been assigned a virtual card?
Congratulations, you’ve been assigned a virtual card*! But before you start using it, you’ll need to add it to the Wallet app on your mobile phone.
From Expense Control >> Cards >> Show details, you’ll be able to view the information needed to add your card to the Wallet app. However, to access this information, you must first set up a password.
Make sure to enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your ID document.
Once your password has been set, you’ll need to enter it every time you want to access your card details.
