How can I view and edit an existing expense?
Once you’ve created and saved an expense in the app, it will appear in the list under the Expenses view.
You can review the details of an existing expense from the Expense details view by clicking on the expense you want to check. From here, you can:
- Edit any field of the expense (unless it has already been validated or rejected by the administrator).
- Delete the expense.
- Mark it as a personal expense, if applicable.
- Add an image of the receipt or invoice.
- Indicate if you’ve lost the receipt or invoice.
Note: when editing an expense, whether by uploading an image from the Details view or from the form, the OCR reader will not be applied.
