How can employees access the Whistleblowing channel?

For employees to access the Whistleblowing Channel, the System Administrator must activate a special option available in the Settings tab.

This is a switch that can be turned on and off. It enables the option "Show Whistleblowing Channel to Employees" so the team can see a shortcut to the company's reporting page in the bottom right corner of their profile.

When someone clicks on that shortcut, if they wish to make a report, they will need to click on "Log Out" to preserve their security and anonymity. From there, they will be able to access the reporting platform.

Next, they need to choose between the options “anonymous” or “non-anonymous” and fill out the form with all the necessary information: reason and attached files (in case they have documents that are proof of the issue).

Once they provide all the information, it’s time to “send” the document.  They will receive the ID Code to follow up on their report.

*It’s very important that they keep their ID to check the status of their report.
