How can I create an article?
Once you have installed the Articles functionality, you will find this feature within the Communication section.
To create an article you need to follow this path:
Communication >> Articles >> Create
To start, write the content of your article in the text box. You can add emojis, links, images, videos... and any other resources you can think of to make it more engaging!
Got it? Now, let's go over the configuration elements:
- Choose who will receive the article. You can filter by workplace, department, or employees.
- Choose the section: News or Resources.
- Add a label, which can be anything you like.
- Set the article’s priority, which will determine if it appears at the top or bottom of the available sections (News or Resources).
- Attach a document if necessary.
Important! You can only write articles from the web version. However, they can also be viewed from the App.
