How do I check article reading statistics?
Publishing an article is just the first step; knowing whether employees have read it is the second. That's why Sesame automatically records reading statistics for each article, so you can measure the real reach of your communications.
What data do we record?
- Unique reads (access this figure directly from the article, via the eye icon).
- Reads by department.
- Article history and reach.
- Most-read articles.
- Articles with the most reactions.
To view your article analytics, go to People Analytics >> Internal communication.
Do you have mandatory compliance policies? Use Articles to publish them and keep evidence that each employee has read the content.
