How do I create a new template?

We tell you how in three steps:

  1. Access to On/offboardings, go to "Templates" and click on "Create".
  2. Choose the process type you want to create: onboarding or offboarding. 
  3. When you are creating the template, write a title, add all the tasks that will take part in the process, and which person will be responsible for carrying out these tasks.

By default, the person in charge of the task will be the person you assign the on/offboarding. But if you prefer, you can manually choose another person. 

Important: tasks without an assigned owner won’t be completed and will be visible to all employees when onboarding or offboarding is activated.
