How do I download several documents at once?
To download several documents at once, select them in your folder and download them in a single compressed file.
- Go to My documents and open the folder you want.
- Tick the box next to each document you want to download, or click “Select all” to include the full list.
- Click Actions >> Download documents.
- Done! The selected documents are downloaded in a single compressed file.
Important points
- You can download up to 200 MB at a time.
- From “Actions”, you can also delete documents you’ve uploaded yourself, all at once.
