How do I view a employee's training analytics in Analytics?

Analytics is the section of the LMS where you can view training with a focus on the person: how many courses they have, what status they are in, and how much time they have invested, with no filtering or exporting needed.

Step 1: go to Analytics

Within the LMS, open the "Analytics" tab. You will land on the "Employees" dashboard, with 4 general indicators for your organisation at the top.

Step 2: search or filter for the person you need

Use the search bar to find them by name or email, or open "Filters" to narrow down by workplace, department, group, or job position.

Step 3: open the employee's details

Click on any row to see, on a single screen, their 5 personal indicators (courses in catalogue, enrollments, time invested, certificates, and last access) and the full list of their courses: status, progress, time, grade, and certificate.

Step 4: navigate between employees without leaving the detail view

Use the ◀ ▶ arrows (or the keyboard arrows) to move to the next or previous employee, or use the search bar in the top bar to jump directly to another person.
