I can't log in
If you're having trouble logging in, check the following:
- Invitation email: make sure you have received the invitation email. If you can't find it, contact your company's administrator to have it resent.

Access method: check whether you're trying to log in via the app or web. If it is through the app, ensure that you have the correct version:

- Common error : if you see the message "User not found", check with your administrator to ensure that the registered email address is correct.
