- I can't log in
- I can't log out
- I can't create a new password
- There is no option for days off, only leaves and holidays
- I don't know how to save my credentials to log in to Sesame automatically

- I can't see the location in the clock in/out history
- I've downloaded Sesame's app but I can't access
- I can't delete my account
- I don't get notifications on my phone
- If I request a password change and don't receive any email with the modification link, what should I do?
I can't log out
If you can't log out, check the access method: are you trying to log out from the web or from the app?
- From the web: click on your name at the top right corner, then click on "Log out".
- From the app: go to "My profile" section, click on the top right corner, you'll find a red button to log out. Keep in mind that Sesame's app doesn't use much mobile data, so you can leave it running in the background.
If you can't find the button, make sure you're using the latest version of the browser or app.
