How can I link a payroll to an employee?
Once documents are uploaded into the system, you can link them to employees. Click on "Link to employees" to send each document individually to your team.
Keep in mind that, if you upload a PDF file, each page will be uploaded as a separate document.
Next to each document you will see a drop-down menu containing the names of your employees:
- Select the employee with whom you want to share the document.
- Click on the circle on the left to select the document.
- Share the document with the selected employees.
Click on Share selected >> Confirm
After sharing payroll documents with your team, you’ll be able to:
- View the document again.
- Download it.
- Reassign it to a different employee.
- Delete it using the three-dot menu on the right.
