Can I see my overtime balance in real time?

Yes, your balance updates automatically as you record your daily clock ins/outs. However, there are two situations in which the data may take a little longer to be consolidated:

  1. Validation required: if your company requires a manager or administrator to approve extra time, the hours generated will appear as "Pending validation" until someone approves them.

  2. Configuration recalculations: if a change is made to the system's rules or policies, it may take a few minutes to update the history. During that time, you'll see a notice in Statistics indicating that the data is being updated.
