Which notifications can I automate?

You can automate more than 10 types of notifications by going to: Configuration >> Automations >> Notifications.

These are some of the ones you can set up: 

  1. Employee notifications email.
  2. When changes are made to an employee’s profile.
  3. Minutes in advance before the start of the workday.
  4. Minutes in advance before the end of the workday.
  5. Minutes in advance before the employee receives a mobile notification when they forget to track tasks.
  6. If an employee clocks in/out after the grace period.
  7. Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock in.
  8. Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock in for the start of their break.
  9. Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock out for the end of their break.
  10. Minutes in advance before sending a notification if employees don’t clock out.
  11. The system sends an email every time a clock in/out record is created.
  12. Block emails to employees whenever holidays and time off are updated.
  13. Block emails to admins whenever holidays and time off are updated.
  14. Minutes in advance before sending an end-of-contract notification.
  15. Minutes in advance before sending an end-of-probation notification.
  16. Notify employees when shifts are updated.
  17. Block emails to (Admin / Employee) whenever there are requests to create or edit clock ins/outs.
